My wife and I first visited Runion's Furniture Store in April of this year after searching for a local Ekornes Stressless authorized dealer. We initially wanted to replace some cushions in our Stressless armchair purchased back in 2008. We ended up also purchasing a new sofa and a power recliner for me - both made by Ekornes Stressless - the Best! Our new Stressless pieces had to come from Norway. The wait was longer than initially predicted but in the end, they were well worth the wait. Owner Jack Runion, David Graham and the rest of the Runion Team were most helpful and understanding. They bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied with the service they provided and the investment we made. Many sincere thanks to Jack and the Runion Team. Do visit their store in Orrville and try out one of their Stressless chairs!

I had a great experience was helped as I went in also from the service there to calling about measurments of my finite to the 2 wonderful MEN that delivered my furniture I would have to say that was the best experience I've had in over 25 Year's nothing like feeling important and PEOPLE care more about what u would like rather than getting a sale I'll defiently be back and recommend u check this place out as well

I recently had the opportunity to visit the showroom and speak with the owner, Jack. The staff treated me like family and their selection is top-notch. They share their honest opinions and present all available options for furnishings. You can order factory spec couches and chairs from budget brands or completely custom furniture from some of the best manufacturers in the industry. They have several brands manufacturered in the USA too. Great selection of children's furnishings, kitchen tables, accent pieces, and even rugs. Prices are competitive and they do all repairs (if necessary) in-house. I absolutely recommend Runion's Furniture to anyone looking to purchase quality home goods!

I not sure what happen with the previous post, but the new sofa I brought at this store is perfect for my family room. I love how cozy and welcoming it makes the room feel. I can't wait for the recliner to arrive to finish the room off.

Vee was very helpful during the purchase of my furnishings and gave me all the information and space needed to make the right choices. I appreciated her candor and willingness to ensure my questions were answered. Jack Runion assisted with a small issue after the sale and as expected, his team was professional and efficient with that as well.
